Outing
The Sainte-Croix lake is located south from the Plateau de Valensole. This 800 km2 plateau is mostly known for its magnificent lavender fields, as far as the eye can see. Lavender, implanted in France by the Phocaeans, has found its ideal site to grow thanks to the favourable climate.
