The Citadel is a major element of the heritage of Saint-Tropez. Since 1958, it holds an important navy museum where you’ll discover the naval past of Saint-Tropez, the harbour and you’ll learn all about the history of Pierre André de Suffren.
Since the beginning of the 17th century the citadel dominated the town, offering exceptional panoramas on the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.
